Nomination Paper Kick-Off!

It’s time for all of the candidates running in the Fall election to circulate papers to get on the ballot.  (Yes, you may have thought that folks like Charly Ray, Fred Clark, Ginger Murray, Chris Armstrong, and Angela Stroud were already running, but April 15 is the first day they are allowed to circulate papers to get signatures to be official, real candidates.)
We’re helping the candidates get off and running by hosting a Nomination Paper Kick-off at our office, 207 2nd Avenue West, Ashland, on Thursday, April 16, from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
We’ll have refreshments.
Come sign nominating papers for your favorite candidates, and pick up papers to circulate for them.  It’s easy to get signatures on nominating papers- just ask your friends and family or, if you like, go door-to-door.  Once you’ve circulated papers you can mail them back to the candidates’ addresses, or bring them to our May meeting. Let’s help our candidates get big numbers of signatures!
